Job Details **exp in woven/ cotton knit / sweater
**monitoring production operation for China factory
•Degree holder in Textile Technology / Clothing or equivalent qualification
•Strong solid experience in all-round factory experience in garment manufacturing environment is a MUST
•At least 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry including 3 years at managerial level
•Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
•Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills
•Develop and formulate manufacturing strategies to fulfill customer’s requirement and delivery schedule
•Self-motivated with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong leadership skill to lead the factory operations
•Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•Station in China and flexible to be assigned to different part of China / willing to travel overseas
