調查:僱主料來年打工仔平均加薪1.7% 資訊科技及銀行加幅最高

【阿思達克財經新聞】JobsDB於今年9月委託獨立調查機構,訪問了本港438家商業機構,就明年首季的招聘、薪酬及福利意向進行調查。結果顯示僱主預期來年打工仔平均薪金調整幅度為上升1.7%,較今年的升0.8%輕微回升0.9個百分點。

六大加薪幅度最高工種分別為資訊科技(3.7%)、銀行(3.5%)、運輸/物流(2.5%)、數據分析及研究(2.5%)、款客服務/旅遊(2.4%)及企業銷售及業務發展(2.4%);而三大加薪幅度最低的工種分別為傳媒/廣告(0.3%)、美容護理/健康(0.5%)及設計(1%)。

展望來年,普遍受訪者持審慎樂觀態度,招聘計劃方面亦預計逐步回復到疫情前的水平。調查又發現,超過三成(32%)僱主計劃於首季增聘全職人手以擴展業務,比去年同類型調查顯著回升18%。較多僱主認為除相關工作經驗外,求職者的工作方式和性格是否適合企業文化繼續成為重要的考慮因素。另外,今年亦有47%受訪企業於過去一年有聘請應屆畢業生。
