月薪呢個數高過一半打工仔！最新各行職級人工　你有無underpaid?

【香港01】【港人月薪／薪酬待遇／統計處／2024年最新】統計處公布今年第3季就業人士月入數據，你的薪金到底是否合乎行情呢？數據顯示，港人最新（2024年7月至9月）就業收入中位數為22,000元，按年上升1,500元。至於不同行業、職級最新的工資中位數又是多少，即比較數據看看你人工有否「underpaid」！

金融及保險業月入中位數$3.88萬　各行業之冠

2024年7-9月，市民每月就業收入中位數（不包括外籍家庭傭工，下同）為22,000元，若每月薪金多於這水平，便已比全港一半打工仔高。當中男性就業每月就業收入中位數24,500元，女性為20,000元，兩者相差4,500元。

月入中位數最高的行業類別前3位分別是，「金融及保險」（40,000元）、「公共行政、社會及個人服務」（26,400元）、「其他行業」（25,000元）。

經理級月入中位數$4.5萬　專業人員月入中位數$4.6萬

不同職級之中，專業人月入中位數最高，達到47,000元，較去年同期的45,000元上升2,000元。其次是員經理級就業人士，月入中位數為46,000元，較去年同期45,000元增加1,000元。

35-44歲月入中位數升至$2.6萬
40-54歲月入收入中位數按年增$2,900
至於比較不同年齡組別，35至44歲打工仔最新月入中位數達27,000元最高，而45至54歲打工仔月入就由去年同期的21,700元，增加2,800元至今年的24,500元，升幅達12.9%較其他年齡層高。
